It is between 160 and 230 km long, and it takes about 7 to 15 days to walk it through, depending on where the hike starts and ends. There are numerous side trips and extensions to the circuit which means it could take up to 25 days to walk the whole trail. The highest point on this trek is Thorang- La Pass, at hefty 5416m. The night before Lukáš had to sleep in a camp at 4800m and started his ascent at 4 am. The nights are obviously very cold up there, and it is very difficult to fall asleep at all as the rooms are shared even by 30 people — Lukáš Hermann
