Do you have 20 – 30 hours per week to spare? Are you not afraid of being responsible for providing everyone’s first impression of Expected to be smart, organized and friendly, this role is more than picking up the phones.

The main areas of your responsibility:

  • Reception duties (welcoming visitors, checking them in & out)
  • Maintaining our meeting rooms (bookings, refreshments…)
  • Distribution of correspondence (getting letters to the right people)
  • Administration of access cards/keys
  • Distributing vouchers to Kiwis (employees)
  • Solving everyday office requests and tasks

We are looking for a person with:

  • English proficiency (to able to communicate with international guests)
  • Czech/Slovak language
  • Friendly, pleasant, helpful and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expect to work 4 hours/day on weekdays
  • You can plan your shifts with your colleagues and manager
  • Start date during February
