We hire people who not only have the right skills but also get what we’re about. Although we collaborate to support an overall mission, each team and each position at Kiwi.com has a specific focus. This all means that every interview is a little different. Our best advice: be honest, be yourself and be sure to ask questions! So what can you expect from our interview process?
Begin your journey here
01CV evaluation
First, we'll carefully evaluate your resume and cover letter to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
02Video call
If your experience meets the requirements, we'll schedule a video call or a regular call to find out more about each other.
03Practical task
For technical roles, we've prepared various practical tasks. It can be homework or a live coding session. For customer support, we'll test your language skills via an online platform right after the video call.
04Interview
After you pass the practical task, we'll invite you for 1 or 2 rounds of interviews where you can meet your future manager and find out more about your desired role within our company.
05Final round
Before making you a job offer, we'd like you to meet our management and have an informal meeting with the rest of the team. You'll get the opportunity to ask about our company strategy and meet your future work buddies.
06Job offer
At this point, you’ll know a lot about the job and what to expect. It's time for the formal last step, and then we can welcome you on board.
