As a Kiwi.com Performance Support Trainer, you will have the opportunity to train some of the top talents at one of the best and most innovative companies in the world. You will provide follow-on 1-on-1 performance support to employees and assist them with the application of new learning and upskilling to the nuances of individual Kiwi’s workflow.
Deliver outstanding one-to-one solutions-focused training sessions.
Provide practical, pragmatic, and offer solutions that result in observable performance uplift for employees.
Expand learning and experience in the latest behavioral science techniques.
Manage and source materials and incorporate them into newly developed learning programs managed via the LMS (Learning Management System).
Create and maintain Kiwi.com Learning programs for internal departments.
Where needed, be competent and able to facilitate group sessions and deliver face-to-face classroom sessions and virtual sessions.
We would love to see you apply if you:
Have demonstrated experience serving as a trainer or coach within a relevant industry (tech, product, sales would be beneficial) covering management and individual contributors.
Have proficiency with key internet technologies (Zoom, WebEx, Slack, Acuity).
Are a reliable person with patience and professionalism.
Ability to manage and maintain your diary in an ever-changing environment to ensure the support to Kiwis is delivered in a timely fashion.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience in training delivery and facilitation to individuals and groups.
Bonus experience and credentials (but not required):
Have an accreditation from one of the leading coaching associations (ICF, EMMC, AC)
Have a certification from a verified coaching training program.
Have over 250 paid training/coaching hours of experience.
Please be aware that the position is best suited for individuals operating as corporate learning trainers, rather than individuals who predominantly operate as executive coaches.
