Childcare Teacher

We are looking for daycare teachers, who will work with children whose parents work full time, design creative activities to educate and entertain children, encourage positive interactions among children and communicate with parents to provide feedback.

- Provide basic care for children which includes feeding, grooming, and changing diapers.
- Provide a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
- Organize and implement developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs for children ranging in age from 1 to 6 years old.
- Ensure a supportive environment where children can learn and practice appropriate and acceptable individual and group behaviors.
- Coordinate with the parents and update them about their child’s performance regularly.
- Proven experience working as a childcare teacher.
- Higher degree in Pedagogy or/and Medicine.
- Child care professional certification.
- The ability to communicate in English at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Czech at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Basic knowledge of first aid.
- Knowledge of early childhood education programs and techniques.
- Knowledge of child development theory and practice.
- A great amount of patience and flexibility
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of development processes and techniques
- Love for children
