You lead the Self-service with your partners from Engineering and UX Job Families, fully incorporating the triple leadership principles
Ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs
You set up proactive and transparent communication to set up clear expectations of users at all stages of the journey
You offer predictive guidance tailored to the customers’ needs based on the context of the itinerary
You support the direction of the fully digital experience offering everything over the self-service options
You partner and shape the Mobile Apps touchpoints to contribute to the increasing share of the app users
You are the voice of Self-service and customers
You are the advocate of the data-informed development, iterating and delivering the optimal value for the customers while interpreting all the changes
You build a strong organization unit out of engaged teams
You own the budget and P&L of your domain. You determine hiring requirements, promotion plans, and other staffing matters.
You have 8+ years in a Product Management role in the IT industry, successfully launching multiple B2C products behind your belt.
You have hands-on experience with the servicing of customers over digital options
You have direct managerial skills and experiences with building, coaching, and growing a team/teams of Product managers.
You have a strong product & business & technology acumen, and entrepreneurship drive.
You have experience in data analytics tools and AB testing. You use data to make decisions whenever possible.
You are able to identify product gaps and market opportunities.
Your English is fluent – both written and spoken. You will work in an environment with people of 50+ nationalities.
You have 8+ experience in driving product development in agile environments.
You are used to owning several lines or the whole P&L.
You have previous experience with integrating personalization concepts within the whole organization across multiple departments.
You are a strong advocate of your Product domains, able to grab attention & traction from the whole organization and influence other teams.
You have previous experience with close cooperation with the Marketing and Brand departments and the ability to define your Product Marketing strategy.
You have experience or a deep understanding of the B2C Subscription-based product & business specifics.
You fully understand the architecture and tech components behind their product area and the broader architecture.
You are a partner with Engineering Managers.
You’re passionate about traveling and believe in its positive impact on the globe.
You’re a visionary able to translate words to actions and execution.
You can see the big picture of the whole organization and set up your Product line’s strategy accordingly.
You think big & lead by example.
