Director of Talent acquisition
As a Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the complete talent acquisition function including recruiting for R&D, Executives, and Business Functions. As the leader of the Talent Acquisition function, the Global Director will be the go-to person for all things Talent acquisition related including thought leadership, implementing best practices, and building a world-class team.
- Own and drive the headcount strategy and planning process
- Manage leadership expectations, and set up regular and transparent reporting
- Partner with other parts of the broader HR function (HRBPs, Employer Branding, Compensation, Operations) to ensure a coherent candidate experience
- Build processes & team capability that supports proactive talent pipelining and hiring especially for hard-to-find skill sets
- Develop and implement appropriate career paths for the growth of team members
- Ensure that the Talent Acquisition tech platform is set up in a way that is legally compliant (GDPR), enables clear and quick reporting, and is user-friendly for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
- Be the go-to expert on talent and market recruitment trends to enable Kiwi to become a top-of-mind potential employer for top talent
- Have proven experience with leading global Talent Acquisition teams, business partnering, and driving TA across Engineering, Product, Business & Leadership roles
- Have an understanding of the global talent landscape, networks/solutions to identify and source the talent
- Have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases and improving recruitment processes
- Are matrix and data driven
- Have an understanding of workforce planning and resource forecasting
- Have the ability to define and translate Company objectives and vision into concrete tasks and projects
- Demonstrate strong consultative, relationship-building, interpersonal, and influence skills
- Have the ability to form a cohesive TA team across different locations, with a unified approach to the business challenges
- Are capable to define and implement TA strategy & planning to support the ongoing growth and development of the business
