As Group Product Manager, you will design and implement an end-to-end product strategy for the Airline Ancillaries domain optimizing for the revenue and customer experience alike.
You will partner with multiple stakeholders to:
Offer comprehensive coverage of airline ancillaries: seats, hold bags, carry-on bags, priority boarding, etc.
Finding the optimal pricing points of kiwi.com offer
Maximize the customer experience through awareness and understanding of the offer
Develop the merchandising strategy to offer customers the right product, at the right price, at the right time
You will be responsible for:
Improving attachment rate and revenue of airline ancillaries, maintaining customer experience in mind as a guardrail
Ensuring comprehensible coverage of the purchased itineraries with airline ancillaries
Customizing and personalizing the airline ancillary offer based on itinerary and customer information
Contributing to ancillary merchandising strategy defining the right touchpoints to offer airline ancillaries portfolio with the goal of optimizing overall revenue
Keeping track of airline ancillaries innovations and trends
Innovating based on the market trends, customer research, and any other source of insights
Being a player-coach for the team of product managers under your supervision
Understanding the Budgeting process and the dynamics connected to your domain and active participant in the creation of the company-wide budget
Being able to prepare a business case for every part of your domain and being able to create a strategic long-term roadmap
Participating in the Company-wide OKRs process, Strategy definition, and active member of the group responsible for Objective definition in your area
Analytical mind – the ability to establish a data-driven approach and Key Performance Indicators for your domain and key initiatives
You have 6+ years (5 min) in a Product Management role in the IT industry with successfully launched multiple B2C products behind your belt
You have people management experience
You have strong product & business & technology acumen and entrepreneurship drive
You have experience in data analytics tools and AB testing
You are able to identify product gaps and market opportunities.
Your English is fluent – both written and spoken. You will work in an environment with people of 50+ nationalities.
You have 6+ years of experience in driving product development in agile environments
You are used to owning several lines or the whole P&L
You are a strong advocate of your Product domains able to grab attention & traction from the whole organization and influence other team
You understand fully the architecture and tech components behind their product area and the broader architecture. You partner with Engineering Managers to make decisions on technical solutions.
You are able to define the priority of backlog items based on data insights and user feedback and keep the backlog in order, as well as define and own the roadmap priorities.
You know what an MVP means – and how to deliver it.
You will be able to cooperate with remote teams.
You have experience working with designers.
You know how to draw conclusions from a diverse set of user feedback.
You are able to work towards the goals without day-to-day supervision.
You have a passion for new technologies and digital products.
Travel Domain experience is a plus
