Group Trainer and Facilitator (Part-Time Freelance)
As a Kiwi.com Group Trainer, you will have the opportunity to train groups of the top talent at one of the best and most innovative companies in the world. You will provide support to employees and assist them with the application of new learning and upskilling to the nuances of individual Kiwi’s workflow. You will take care of everything from onboarding to preparation for succession planning and everything in between.
Work cross-functionally with team leads, managers, and SMEs to identify training gaps and establish training plans to address them.
Support the functional onboarding experience for new hires, including the delivery of in-person and/or virtual onboarding training and the administration of certification activities.
Deliver training programmes in formal (e.g. classroom), informal (e.g. floor-walking) or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings.
Manage and source materials and incorporate them into newly developed learning programs managed via the LMS (Learning Management System).
Create and maintain Kiwi.com Learning programs for internal departments.
Liaise with partners (e.g. key stakeholders, external course providers, customers) to fulfil the skill needs of the organization.
Design, facilitate, and assess workflow skills and training for internal teams and individuals.

Have demonstrated experience serving as a trainer or coach within a relevant industry (tech, product, sales would be beneficial) covering management and individual contributors.
Have experience working with multiple company job-families types (experience working in a tech environment training software engineers and product managers is desirable).
Have experience in training delivery and facilitation to individuals and groups.
Have subject matter expertise with learning & development in a cross-company setting.
Are comfortable delivering on necessary administrative support to support training.
Have proficiency with key internet technologies (Zoom, WebEx, Slack, Acuity) and LearningTech (LMS, LXS systems).
Have an advanced level of English (both oral and written).
Are a reliable person with patience and professionalism.
Have the ability to manage and maintain your diary in an ever-changing environment to ensure the support to Kiwis is delivered in a timely fashion.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Please be aware that the position is best suited for individuals operating as corporate learning trainers rather than individuals who predominantly operate as executive coaches.
