Head of Financial Planning
The mission of our Financial Planning team is to independently work on budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling activities helping our global project grow.
As our Head of Financial Planning, you will have the opportunity to oversee all of these activities and interact with multiple levels of leadership within the organization including Senior and Executive Leadership.
- Support decision-making and accurate planning through the development of financial models.
- Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ability to create and maintain conceptual and highly complex, efficient, logical financial models.
- Promote a culture of personal responsibility/accountability and open communications.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgeting and planning models.
- Oversee the administration of the budgeting and forecasting tools and software.
- Special projects which arise from time to time.
- University degree in Finance/Economics or similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Senior Controlling or similar Finance Analyst role in a company suchlike Kiwi.com.
- Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and excellent analytical skills with really good business acumen.
- Ability to mentor junior and senior members in the team.
- Orientation on details, stress resistance and the ability to adapt to quick changes.
