About the HR Operations Team
In the Kiwi HR Operations Team, we are responsible for preparing all the necessary documentation for our newcomers, leavers, and promoted employees, as well as providing support to all HR teams. Our day to day work includes the preparation and administration of employment-related paperwork, while making sure our HR database is up-to-date and the entries are accurate. Everyday we support our employees to help provide advice and guidance across a broad range of topics. Additionally, we have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects and activities, it is a dynamic role with exposure to international HR practices, knowledge and opportunities.

    What you will do

  • You will support our employees in various HR-related topics throughout their employment lifecycle (e.g. onboarding and offboarding, benefits, etc.) as well as other HR functions in daily operations.
  • You will manage the preparation and administration of employment-related documentation.
  • You’ll ensure compliance with individual local labour regulations and subsequent document administration (Occupational health and safety, Medical checks administration, Benefit processing etc.).
  • You will be responsible for updating our HR database and preparation of regular and ad hoc reports.
  • By active participation in the setup of processes, you will be keeping them up to date on Confluence to achieve great employee experience.
  • What you will need

  • You bring  some previous HR (or similar relevant) experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of the Czech Labour Code.
  • MS office, Google Docs and Google Sheets are tools you already rely on to carry out your daily work.
  • You are organised and you know how to set up priorities and manage your time.
  • Your collaborative spirit; you enjoy working with and supporting cross-functional teams and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English languages and strong written and verbal communication skills in both.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-change environment, can adapt and have experience in independently developing solutions to complex issues.
