HRIS Administrator
HR Systems Administrator provides support, troubleshooting and guidance for HRIS users. S/he collaborates with the management and HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, and recommends and implements solutions.
- administer and maintain HR modules in HRIS SuccessFactors
- determine HR needs, suggest, develop and implement new processes and system solutions
- keep HR data integrity and data up to date
- create new accounts, manage permissions, access, personalization, and other settings for HRIS users
- generate ad hoc and regular reports
- keep an eye on new functionalities and features when releases are to come
- ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or in HR field
- previous experience in the role of HRIS administrator or similar (min. 2 years)
- strong analytical and problem solving skills- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to solve issues while applying high-level perspective and taking wider circumstances into consideration
- ability to independently solve complex tasks and come up with tailored solutions, proposals
- attention to detail
- ability to set priorities and make decisions
- deep understanding of HR processes- a team player attitude- proficiency in English
- ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
- knowledge of Success Factors is big plus
