HR Systems Administrator provides support, troubleshooting and guidance for HRIS users. S/he collaborates with the management and HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, and recommends and implements solutions.
administer and maintain HR modules in HRIS SuccessFactors
determine HR needs, suggest, develop and implement new processes and system solutions
keep HR data integrity and data up to date
create new accounts, manage permissions, access, personalization, and other settings for HRIS users
generate ad hoc and regular reports
keep an eye on new functionalities and features when releases are to come
ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or in HR field
previous experience in the role of HRIS administrator or similar (min. 2 years)
strong analytical and problem solving skills- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to solve issues while applying high-level perspective and taking wider circumstances into consideration
ability to independently solve complex tasks and come up with tailored solutions, proposals
attention to detail
ability to set priorities and make decisions
deep understanding of HR processes- a team player attitude- proficiency in English
ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
knowledge of Success Factors is big plus
