HRIS Administrator

HR Systems Administrator provides support, troubleshooting and guidance for HRIS users. S/he collaborates with the management and HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, and recommends and implements solutions.

    Job responsibilities:

  • administer and maintain HR modules in HRIS SuccessFactors
  • determine HR needs, suggest, develop and implement new processes and system solutions
  • keep HR data integrity and data up to date
  • create new accounts, manage permissions, access, personalization, and other settings for HRIS users
  • generate ad hoc and regular reports
  • keep an eye on new functionalities and features when releases are to come
  • ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or in HR field
  • previous experience in the role of HRIS administrator or similar (min. 2 years)
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to solve issues while applying high-level perspective and taking wider circumstances into consideration
  • ability to independently solve complex tasks and come up with tailored solutions, proposals
  • attention to detail
  • ability to set priorities and make decisions
  • deep understanding of HR processes- a team player attitude- proficiency in English
  • ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
  • knowledge of Success Factors is big plus
