IT Process Specialist
The mission of the IT Process Specialist is cooperating on process mapping, identification and solving of problematic areas. IT Process Specialist knows the features and architecture of Company software and can effectively apply this knowledge. This person is responsible for communicating with the key stakeholders to gather information about ongoing processes and work management activities, documenting processes and connecting them on a high level and also on detailed low level structure.
- Gather information from key stakeholders and map internal processes, including writing documentation and process maps.
- Ability to identify connections between processes and create overlays to support efficient cross-team and cross-department collaboration.
- Providing guidance and best practices for process management. Maintaining and updating process maps.
- Support colleagues by implementing solutions consistent with industry best practices.
- Finding new improvement opportunities in order to meet or surpass the expectations of internal customer.
- Assisting the Productivity team with everyday tasks.
- Contributing to innovation processes to create added value through the implementation of rationalization proposals.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN 2.0).
- Understanding of the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle processes
- Comfortable working with multiple teams that are in-house, remote, and internationally located
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Previous experience with leading workshops/webinars about actual solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen actively, gather information and understand complex problems
