You would act as a Kiwi.com Learning & Development ambassador to our individual Functional Lines while supporting their domain strategies with ongoing professional education and development. You would achieve these by bringing the best industry practices making sure that Kiwi teams keep on track with continuous education that utilises the newest frameworks and methods available. You would work closely with other L&D team colleagues to deliver company-wide initiatives to the business.
