Tequila Tribe is a part of our Product department and manages our partner site – Tequila that includes affiliated segments, metasearch partnerships, and even other online travel agents distributing our unique content under one roof. We focus on the out-of-the-box relationship-building to a mutual growth of both our partners and the company. We are looking for an entry-level capable person to ensure our partners get priority technical support when integrating our content.
What will you do?
Our common goal is to make the life of our Kiwi.com partners as easy as possible. To be able to achieve that goal we want you to work to provide technical support to our partners via the Tequila ticketing system and be responsible for regular collection of information for and release of our API Newsletter.
You will be answering API queries, facilitating test procedures before launching live traffic, advising on the best possible customer experience partners can have with our product
You will be responsible for dealing with ad-hoc technical problems that our partners might have and you would be there to listen, advise and drive towards resolution.
You will work on improvements of technical documentation using our technical writing course
You will make sure our partners’ queries are delivered within the promised time frame.
You will be managing and facilitating Business Development team requirements towards tech teams and making sure that partners’ needs are aligned with our internal development roadmaps.
You will be part of the Tequila tribe, actively contributing to team effort and participating in the product development process. -> product management
You will be closely cooperating with multiple engineering teams to resolve partners’ issues, concerns, and queries. -> devs
You will be in direct collaboration with the BizDev team, working mutually to achieve the best partner performance and results in terms of business. -> biz dev
One of your tasks would be to contribute to the API technical documentation, check on its accuracy and correctness, and assist with its future strategic development. -> tech writing
