Product Designer – Shopping Experience

Traveling is an experience. We are focused on delivering the best experience possible, on a mission to make travel better for everyone across the globe. Our Shopping Experience team is focused on the e-commerce flow of our product. You will help our users from all over the world make purchasing travel tickets seamless, fast and transparent. To achieve this you will be jamming closely with other experienced product and content designers. Your work will be informed by data and world-class UX research to help you understand our customers’ needs.

    What you will do

  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to deliver superior experience and transform our users into happy customers.
  • Create concepts and prototypes through constant testing, iterating, feedback, and polishing.
  • Form a vision of user experience of your product area, combining business goals, technical constraints and users’ expectations.
  • Clarify design success metrics and tie efforts toward delivering business value.
  • Oversee all stages of the design process (research, analysis, design, prototyping and validation)
  • Continuously look for possible improvements to our product ecosystem.
  • Who you are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in working on a digital e-commerce product.
  • You are oriented on a user and using qualitative and quantitative data to uncover the problems and understand users and their behaviors in the best way possible.
  • You have strong interaction and visual design skills with orientation to details.
  • You feel comfortable working with large scale Design Systems.
  • You are Systems Thinker with the ability to transform complex systems to smooth experiences.
  • You are keeping yourself up-to-date with actual and tomorrow’s trends in technology and design.
  • You have great communication skills, both oral and written, great storytelling and ability to explain rationale behind your design decisions.
  • You have a portfolio demonstrating your professional design capabilities and your design process.
