CS Systems tribe is focused on developing internal applications for the Customer support department. Our agents need to have highly customized and stable tools to help the customers with all possible issues they may encounter. The main goal of CS Systems is to create one common interface where both front-office and back-office agents can find all information and do all actions needed to solve the customer’s problem.
The mission of this role is to own low-code platform Retool. This involves setting the strategy and best practises; general administration of the platform; communication with Retool company, users and stakeholders; maintenance of the platform and apps directly or via delegation to the team members.
Maintain stability and usability of the Retool platform.
Create the strategy for the sustainable usage including documentation with best practises
Be main point of contact between Kiwi.com and Retool Inc and maintain good relationship.
Provide support and guidelines to platform users.
Oversee the correct usage of the platform.
If needed, lead small team of Retool administrators.
Be directly involved in development or maintenance of the Retool apps.
Experience with any low-code platform, at least on the user level.
General high-level knowledge of web technologies (Internet, HTTP, API, client-server architecture)
Experience with software development process and lifecycle
“Experience with Agile methodologies, a technical understanding of products, and up to date on industry standards and best practices”
“Proficient in English (both oral and written)”
Comfortable working with multiple teams that are in-house, remote, and internationally located
Basic leadership skills, ability to delegate and supervise.
Excellent communication skills
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Self-initiative, strong sense of ownership and an ability to work well with little supervision
Project management and stakeholder management skills.
