This FinTech team takes care of payment products all over the world. We work with third parties to ensure we offer Kiwi.com customers the latest trends in payment methods to make payments faster, seamless, and secure.
We define the payments portfolio and overall Fintech products for Kiwi.com, and keep up with regulations, trends, innovations, and challenges. We have direct impact on key objectives of our company, we participate directly to Kiwi.com’s strategy and vision. We contribute to our main stream of revenue thanks to implementation of the new Fintech products and mainly their optimization.

- Handling and improving daily operations and tasks connected to FinTech agenda, together with active support of projects and product development.
- Mastering cross-team cooperation and external calls with partners.
- Maintaining data sources (SFTP, portals etc.), contributing to definition of key metrics, actively looking for anomalies, making a decision on resolution or escalation.
- Optimizing and improving managerial reports, leading the delivery of detailed analyses as required by the supervisor, proactively updating stakeholders.
- Helping with on-boarding of new colleagues, mentoring colleagues.
- Following industry trends, legislation and innovations, and cooperating with product managers on improving current solutions.
- Being domain expert and go to person recognized by stakeholders.
- Performing market research for new potential partners, leading commercial discussions, onboarding of new service providers.
- Good analytical thinking to analyze data and investigate complex issues, make decisions and develop solutions.
- The common software knowledge, especially Google Suite tools, MS Office with an advanced command of MS Excel as you will work with a big amount of data.
- Solid legal and financial literacy and e-commerce principles.
- Understanding of domain processes, solutions and technologies.
- Fluent English – B2/C1 (ability to handle emails, calls and complex meetings with business partners).
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Collaboration skills, team-player attitude, organized.
- Self-driven and proactive attitude, ability to mentor.
