The primary mission of this role is to support the development of internal tools by close cooperation with product management and data intelligence teams. The business analyst will constantly be looking for optimization opportunities, validating the outcomes of our development efforts, and supporting all functions by leveraging insights from the customer service data. In addition, the role will be a missionary increasing general competency in usage and awareness of customers service data within the company.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Constantly drive improvements and optimizations by supporting business decisions with data insights.
Help product teams identify problems worth solving by defining and validating hypotheses based on data.
Build case studies and what-if analyses to evaluate the impact of new product features, tools, and processes.
Build ad-hoc reports and communicate insights directly with management.
Define, lead & coordinate quick corrective actions of missed opportunities, following up with relevant stakeholders for long-term sustainable solutions.
Identify new opportunities for the business.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the data analytics field
Strong SQL skills
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Google analytics, Datadog, Amplitude or similar)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Good problem-solving skills
Experience with data modeling and transformation
You have excellent communication skills and empathy for your counterparts’ business challenges, enabling you to find the right middle ground between company strategic goals & operational team challenges.
