Our design team supports our internal agents by designing both service and product solutions to allow them to provide great support to the end customers. Our work is informed by data and world-class UX research to help us understand our customers’ needs.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer who will join our empowered design team and take care of the experience we provide in our internal products for our Customer Support Agents.
