The Talent Sourcer mission at Kiwi.com will be responsible for helping the company growth, and will work closely with all members of the Recruitment Team to define the sourcing strategy for all currently opened positions, will be the primary person responsible for understanding the quality bar that must be met for entry into Kiwi.com family, with sourcing strategies to help ensure that there are enough quality candidates involved in the recruitment stages.
We are looking for a person, that can find and address the target audience, which takes time, patience, and curiosity, and who can attract and communicate effectively with the best candidates to join our company.
This is what you will have to take care off:
Active participation in intake meetings with the hiring managers and recruiters to develop and refine a proper profile for targeting candidates.
Own and develop candidate pipeline through research, outreach, and candidate assessment/phone screening.
Provide support for the Recruitment Team and hiring managers by assisting with interview scheduling.
Keep up to date with industry trends, and actively seek new channels of sourcing to engage talent for current or future needs.
Be a super user of our recruitment tools (Jobvite, Beamery, and LinkedIn to name a few).
Perform all administrative tasks connected to the recruitment process.
You can be a perfect match for this role if you have:
1 year of experience in sourcing and research, preferably within IT
The ability to hold the phone and write a conversation with non-Czech-speaking candidates.
Experience with Linkedin search, google boolean search, Chrome extensions, X-Ray, geographic targeting, etc.
Ability to write precise, attention-grabbing emails to candidates of all levels, roles, and geographies
