Workforce Manager
We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to assist us with the operation.
The primary responsibility of the Workforce Manager is to supervise all Workforce (further WFM) processes (forecasting, sizing, capacity management, shift planning, real-time management, reporting, payroll submission for in-house site) and scheduling activities for the aligned line of business while analyzing their impact on budget and performance.
You would be cooperating with the whole WFM team, vendor, and operations management in Kiwi.com while also supporting the Senior Workforce Manager in resource planning and optimization of our workforce.
On top of these duties, you would be also responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and general ownership of WFM tools and you would as well collaborate with operational analysts in building or maintaining dashboards that help us drive educated decision making.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Workforce management in a contact center setting.
- You are an advanced user of MS Excel.
- You are capable of creating reports that aid decision-making, and are able to translate data into actionable insights for all stakeholders.
- You are a born communicator.
- You are a stress-resistant person capable of adapting to a dynamic ever-changing environment.
- You have the ability to think on your feet and take a calculated risk if a quick decision is needed.
