Kiwi.com Employer Branding team is looking for a new Community and Events Coordinator who will engage the employees to become ambassadors of company culture, values & know-how and represent us at various events. You would also organise different kinds of events with an aim to promote our employer brand but also build online and offline communities that can contribute to our recruitment efforts.
Our Employer Branding team is growing and we are looking for an HR marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the marketing part of Employer Branding as well as for managing Social media platforms and will come up with a content strategy for these channels. You should make sure that all external & internal communication is coherent and aligned with the company brand. You would be the one who spreads the word about life at Kiwi.com and all the events we are organizing for the community.
In this role, you will act as a true business partner to internal clients by ensuring their hiring needs, being an expert in their operations and building relationships with them so they provide the information and support the recruitment team needs to deliver efficiently.
