Kiwi.com Employer Branding team is looking for a new Community and Events Coordinator who will engage the employees to become ambassadors of company culture, values & know-how and represent us at various events. You would also organise different kinds of events with an aim to promote our employer brand but also build online and offline communities that can contribute to our recruitment efforts.
We are currently seeking a Senior Employer Branding Specialist who will communicate what it's like to work at Kiwi.com. The result of your work should be a complex company story, being told on many levels and in many languages while carrying the important message of what Kiwi.com does and what and why matters to us the most. And by the way, what you do should eventually bring the right talent into Kiwi.com.
Our Employer Branding team is growing and we are looking for an HR marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the marketing part of Employer Branding as well as for managing Social media platforms and will come up with a content strategy for these channels. You should make sure that all external & internal communication is coherent and aligned with the company brand. You would be the one who spreads the word about life at Kiwi.com and all the events we are organizing for the community.
